Samsung feedback... how?

Umm... how can I give feedback if the lables do not line up with anything? I might accidentally click the wrong "Possible Rating Value"

I mean I'm using my Samsung device, with Samsung Internet, on a Samsung website... surely Samsung should work properly on it...

And yes, I tried both Web view and Mobile view!

You are in UK forum. Maybe post in US instead where it can be reviewed

Hi @icecoment86 if you're looking to leave feedback for Samsung. Please navigate back to the main page of the Samsung Members app. Clicking support > scroll down to quick help > you should then see a send feedback button.

It's where I was redirected after being on UK website, nowt to do with Country origin unfortunately, it's just daft that it does not line up at all and has no clear indication as to what I'm ticking!

I see, perhaps just a post on the members area with suggestions and your feedback.

the community moderators or community manager might be able to pass your feedback along to the correct department on your behalf.
