I recently got a new s24ultra and out of nowhere the day after setting it up, all I can do is make emergency calls and data doesn't even work.
But the phone registers the sim fine as it states the details of it, my sim works completely fine in my s23ultra. O2 said my account and sim arent showing any problems and samsung just said about contacting where the phone came from as I tried all the troubleshooting methods to no avail before considering sending it to them.
Any one else had this problem? I've even factory reset the phone. Also another note is that I have full phone signal too.
