Hi team , I bought an android auto wireless adapter made by Cuarko and it worked ok ( didn't connect once though ) but whilst streaming Spotify I noticed the adapter got warm and also my S24+ got warm ( plus used more battery ) .
Does anyone use the AAwireless adapter??? If so does that get warm???
Thanks and hope I'm ok posting this in the S24 section!
I have an AAwireless and my S22 Exynos is overheating when I use it. It seems okay when connected by the wire. I have tried different phones with AAwireless and there were no issues... really disappointed by the S22, I finally decided to spend so much to have a good phone and decent camera and it's just one big disappointment especially in camera and battery life department...I have already disabled fast charging etc, battery protection to maximum, problem still exists
I have actually now bought an AAWireless, using it with my S24+ and my phone doesn't actually get hot , it's like the heat you would get watching a couple of YouTube vids so nothing major at all , I've noticed that if you just use Spotify and NOT have maps on your cars screen then this helps with heat , the Cuarko actually had better audio sound but unfortunately didn't connect once and did get phone and dongle hot
Glad you got it sorted. I had this issue always, I noticed that when I kept my phone was in the pocket it was literally burning me. I now have it outside when I use it but when I get wherever I need to get and get out of car the phone is rather hot. I will try to have just Spotify on to see if it helps, but for me the whole point of AA is to have the maps and listen to the music I like. It's just sad when you think that a cheap sub £100 Motorola works beautiful without any issues.
I know what you mean about maps but if you don't need to use maps at the time just put Spotify on the screen, try closing all apps on phone before you connect, so the phone isn't running extra apps in the background whilst connected
