Hi - I just upgraded from my Galaxy from the S22 to the S24 but have noticed on photos the images are noticably pinker / redder in tone (both those that have imported from my s22 and new images). This is particularly noticable on skin tones - the images were less harsh on the s22 and photos of people generally looked nicer. Adjusting from natural to vivid and adjusting the white balance doesn't seem to make a difference - still pink. Is there any other way to adjust the display colour tone?

Is it possible the photo's are being overly optimised @awhyte

There are settings within your camera app that can be changed and tweaked.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hi there - I think it's the display rather than the camera because it's happening to photos that I took on my Samsung S22 and ported over. Looking at the same photo on both devices, the s24 is noticably pinker while the s22 is warmer, even though the display settings are set the same

I'm having the exact same issue. Were you able to fix this? I'm getting so agitated and almost regret buying the new S24.
