Just received my Samsung Wireless Charger Pad Duo, and when I attempt to charge my S24 Ultra, it charges for a few seconds or sometimes minutes, then disconnects and begins charging again. This cycle repeats several times. I tried leaving my phone on the charger for about 50 minutes, but when I came back, it was only charged about 5-7%, even though it was supposed to take 50 minutes for a full charge. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and does anyone know how to fix it?

You state that you just received the phone two days ago and wouldn't need to clear the cache.
Did you bring over all the apps, etc., from another phone? If that's the case, clearing the cache wouldn't be a bad idea.

No, I didn't transfer any apps or data from my old phone. I decided that everything that was on the old phone should stay on it.I thought that it might cause some problems, at least because they are different brands.

@Nazar Mykhailiv might be just worth running the diagnostic tool found in the Samsung Members APP.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I've noticed that the phone charges steadily when the fast wireless charging feature is turned off. Perhaps it's a software bug or something else. Also, I have a suggestion that this problem may be caused by the shape of the phone. I mean that due to the cameras, there is some space between the phone and the charger. Anyways, I will find out if it's true in a few days when I get my phone case. I think that with the case, the phone will fit more evenly on the charging surface, so maybe it would solve the problem if it was related to this. If my suggestion is correct, I will mark it as the solution. Thank you to everyone who participated in the discussion.
