S24 Ultra wireless charging

Just received my Samsung Wireless Charger Pad Duo, and when I attempt to charge my S24 Ultra, it charges for a few seconds or sometimes minutes, then disconnects and begins charging again. This cycle repeats several times. I tried leaving my phone on the charger for about 50 minutes, but when I came back, it was only charged about 5-7%, even though it was supposed to take 50 minutes for a full charge. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and does anyone know how to fix it?

Please also note that wireless charging is much slower than wired.

Whilst the S24 Ultra may charge from 0 to 100% wired, it will likely take 3 times as long on a wireless pad

Yes, I understand that, but should it be doing that? Like, it charges for a certain amount of time, from 10 seconds to several minutes, and then the charger seems to restart and begin charging again

Does this occur with other phones or just your S24. Is it possible to check another known working phone to rule out any faults with the charger. Similarly can you try the S24 on another known working wireless charger.

In the meantime pkwase try wiping cache partition

I can't check with another phone or another wireless charger because I don't have any more phones with that feature, nor do I have any other chargers. As for clearing the cache, I'm not sure if that's really related because I received this phone just 2 days ago. Nonetheless, I will try it. Thank you
