S24 Ultra washed out colours

Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

I don't think so...when viewing pictures in HDR mode in gallery the colour are great Sharp punchy vivid...it seems the vivid mode is messed up

I think you are right. I have the same issue on Icons/Menus/Wallpapers. If I compare it with my S20 ultra. My s20 ultra display looks amazing, and the s24 ultra looks like pale/washed up but pictures on gallery looks great.

You're not alone. I've just upgraded from the S22 Ultra and thought exactly that. The colors don't seem as bright.

Lots of similar posts around it seems. Maybe something to do with the anti glare - will get used to it though.

The vivid and natural look the same on the S24 and compare to the natural on my S23U. Looks like the setting is just broken. Wondering if it's to do with smart switch

Hi all

Writing this because seems like screen on my S24 Ultra is a bit lacking of colours. 

Initially I thought these down to the settings, but after comparing and setting up all exactly as it was on S23U all collors are slightly weaker. Washed down. 

Do you think I should contact the support?

Or it's just my imagination?

All colours on older device seems like more vibrant and full.
