S24 Ultra washed out colours

Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

My S24U has the same issue. If it wont be fixed in few days I'm returing the device.

Same here. Compared with my s22 ultra, the colors on s24 ultra are very dull. Hopefully it's software issue that can be fixed. Otherwise I don't know how I feel about keeping s24 ultra.

Hey Samsung.....it would be good to make an official announcement about this ASAP, otherwise a lot of us wont wait for a possibly easy fix and return.

Exactly same issue here with S24 Ultra. Display Vivid mode looks EXACTLY as my old Note 20 Ultra when it is in Natural display mode. In S24U Vivid mode makes no difference compared to Natural mode.

IF Samsung does not annouce fix for this during next week I will 100% return my S24U and switch to Oneplus12.

Done, sent via Samsung Members app... now we wait... Will have to return next week if not resolved... not a great start to 24 for the S24!

Mine looks washed out with the Eye Comfort toggled on, switched it off looks as good if not better than s23 Ultra

So is it issue with the device or is it the same for everyone? I have it too. A lot more noticeable in the dark. Should I ask for a replacement unit?

Tried that and no difference for me... Seems Vivid is the issue, looks identical to natural (unlike my S21) 😞

Same issue here. Black 512 model. Last time I've had this issue was on a LG v30. I also have a poco f3 and an iPhone 13 and 14 without having this problem. Quite disappointed knowing the rest is pretty neat.
