S24 Ultra washed out colours

Hello,, I've just received my S24 Ultra and compared to my S21 Ultra the colours on the S24 Ultra are washed out and not as Saturated?, I've adjusted all the display settings and still cannot get the colours to match the older S21 Ultra, I've contact samsung uk customer service they went through Smart Tutor and couldn't find anything amiss has anyone else found this to be the same on their S24 ultra? I'm not sure if Samsung UK are aware of this issue? And whether a software update will solve it?, I suspect it's the new Gorilla glass amour glass which is anti-reflective which is great but not at the expense of colour, I'm seriously considering returning the S24 ultra and keeping my S21 Ultra

I'm going from an S10+ to the S24 Ultra, and it's quite stark how washed out/muted the colors are on the S24.

I've tried all the different tricks that people say, vibrant/natural, eye comfort, etc etc and no matter what I can do there's nothing that will bring the vibrancy back that is visible on the old S10+.

It maybe a software issue but we've got 13 days to return our s24 ultra so samsung had better get moving quickly I'm 90% certainly I'll be returning mine and getting the S23 ultra

Oh yeh, another annoyance to add to the loss of always on display brightness and orientation settings which have gone AWOL. Starting to think I'm paying a lot of money here for a downgrade in several ways 🤔

That's unbelievable disgrace I don't blame you 😤 if you could see the 2 phones side by side you would think that the S21 Ultra was the newer 2024 phone it's so much brighter dynamic images colours pop much better and the S24 ultra images are actually darker than the S24 ultra it going back and I'll get a S23 ultra members here have said its alot better screen it this dame new gorilla glass anti-reflective thingy

I remember getting the s23 and then sending it back the same day because of how much of a downgrade the display was. I just hope this fix this with an update. The panel is more than capable of displaying bright vibrant colours. Theyve just limited it.

I'm sure you are correct it all fine and dandy have much less screen relection but at the expense of a much less vibrant dynamic image washed out colours sorry samsung but no thank you my S24 ultra is going back I'm very disappointed

Experience the same, my S21 ultra seems more vibrant and vivd. If they don't address this might send this back. Does anyone know how long I have to send my s21 ultra?
