S24 Ultra SM-S928B/DS No Software Updates from April

Hello, I have problem with software updates on my S24 Ultra SM-S928B/DS. It doesn't get any updates since I bought it (april 2024). If I open to manual download update, it says that there is no new software. Mobile is new from Slovenia, MOT/EUX csc code. I reset mobile on factory settings, but unfortunately nothing. I tried update with Smart Switch and it said the same. There is one option in Smart Switch, Emergency Software Recovery, but it asks for some kind of 8-digit code from the previous PC. I don't have that code.

Is that for forced update?

Is someone have some similar and some solution?

I don't want flash system with Odin.

A Samsung Experience Store maybe able to assist too. 

Software updates are sent out in waves dependant on phobe model,  phone build and serial number and region of origin. 

Sometimes a network supplied phone may recieve updayes at a different timeframe as some network's test new software to ensure it does not clash with their network apps and services.

I bought in Bosnia, but csc code fabric is MOT.

maybe the original csc is changed, by whoever sold it to you, which could explain lack of updates

No. If you factory reset, all firmware back to original, with original csc. There is no problem with region, there is problem with something else.🤔🤔

Factory reset will not restore csc if changed previously

I changed it to EGY, INS, EUX, for check update but nothing. When I factory reset, mobile back to MOT.

Just for info it's the CSC code that the arrows pointing at that it looks up for software update.

If on CSC MOT it should get October update and new Galaxy AI firmware.
