S24 Ultra SM-S928B/DS No Software Updates from April

Hello, I have problem with software updates on my S24 Ultra SM-S928B/DS. It doesn't get any updates since I bought it (april 2024). If I open to manual download update, it says that there is no new software. Mobile is new from Slovenia, MOT/EUX csc code. I reset mobile on factory settings, but unfortunately nothing. I tried update with Smart Switch and it said the same. There is one option in Smart Switch, Emergency Software Recovery, but it asks for some kind of 8-digit code from the previous PC. I don't have that code.

Is that for forced update?

Is someone have some similar and some solution?

I don't want flash system with Odin.

You can use Samfw tool to change the CSC

But no, only update is from april, update about LTE TDD. That's last.

I have the same issue, AT&T Unlocked Samsung  S24 Ultra , at India I am not able to get a Samsung update. All 5G Networks are working fine, but same issue as this user. But no, only update is from April; I am just starting the process of returning this phone. Samsung  S24 Ultra and  Model SM-S928US
