Is any one having a problem with palm swipe screenshot not working.

I've purchased the new S24 Ultra and as never worked. Thanks

Hi, Mine wasn't working either. I just went into settings turned it off then on again and now its working again.

Palm swipe to capture is working as it should with me.

Perhaps try turning the function off then soft reboot by turning the phone off and on and then turn the feature back on.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

I had problems using swipe screenshot, but it is working fine after the update.

I disabled mine. I prefer volume down and power button.

Mine is not working either. I reached out to Samsung and did multiple troubleshooting. Just got the update yesterday but it's still not fixed. I might download all my photos and videos and then do a reset. It worked fine on my S21 ultra and my husbands S24 Ultra has no issues either. It's so frustrating.
