Not a rant, genuinely curious if anyone has noticed any significant issues after the Aug/Sept 6.1.1 Update to OneUI?

Only had mine a few days, already had to factory reset my phone twice (which could be my problem, dunno yet)
But.....
Only thing I am noticing early on is battery usage/performance. Now it may just be me, I'm withholding judgement for now until I have given it a wk or so, but has anyone else noticed a significant reduction in battery life since the upgrade?

Any other issues of note, please feel free to drop below, so I (and others) can keep an eye out.

Afraid I didn't notice anything specific with contact storage, sorry. But lots of "eyebrow-raising" stuff fo a wk or so whilst it re-learned... Settled down nicely after

Have the 23 Ultra and since the update last week I have had significant charging issues. I performed a soft reset when my charging cables ALL quit working simultaneously. That helped. But chargers refuses to work in my vehicle, rendering Android Auto useless as well. Then I cleared USB cache after someone suggested that and everything worked perfectly. Now today back to ZERO charging via cables (will charge wirelessly). And it's throwing a moisture warning. Phone has not been wet. I guess I will try getting the charging port replaced but I'm certain it's a bug after the latest update that's causing this nonsense.

Yes. I just got a new s24 and the battery is horrible.  You're not alone. So many people are upset because their s24 series phone are sucking battery like no tomorrow. Samsung isn't saying anything about this either. Which is the worst part about it. The battery life is horrible! They had this issue back with the s22 phones. Only difference is, this phone is worse! Samsung doesn't care about their customers. They just want money. I gave them another chance because i heard the Samsung s24 ultra has just amazing battery life in their ads. Boy do i regret this $1300 mistake. So no. You are not alone. Many many people are upset with this battery issue and even more upset that Samsung is acting like nothing is wrong. Their saying it's normal. When you are a giant company and you don't say anything about the issue I lose all respect for said company. I used to refer everyone to Samsung.  I refer them away from samsung now.

But the pho es only learns your usage patterns for about 5 days and then it quits saying that. So it only learns the patterns for about 5 days. Then it's done. I don't think it does it for a couple weeks. Mine has been two weeks and it's still sucking battery dry like crazy

Feel lucky because you are! Everybody else including me has horrible battery life. So your phone is a rarity.
