I know this new issue with Smart select was mentioned here; this occured with that last major update.
Are the good folks in charge aware of the dissatisfaction of those of us who use this feature on a daily basis.
It looks like they melded Samsung's AI search with a simple text grab ... and made everyone unhappy.
I realize there are many layers of well intentioned folks who make phones better, but this was not an improvement.

I Googled Samsung Support, chose WhatsApp to voice my issue, had a chat with a representative, pasted what I wrote here, gave additional information, and trust they will consider this.
