Well ,hey boss, love this well that's the way it is and that's all there is to it reply be sure to forward up the chain that the Ai feature doesn't work as well as the smart select feature that used to be there , it actually requires more work and doesn't always know what you want. It worked fine before now it doesn't work fine and it's really annoying . At least provide customers with an option to switch it off and revert back to the normal version instead of making them choke on more and more AI features . Windows media and all other photo editing apps have a crop feature and it works just fine and hasn't been changed since the beginning of time , I don't need AI to tell me or help me decide what I'd like to crop out of a page ! I wish samsung would stop kowtowing to google and its vision for our future and paying attention to practicality of design . The google messaging app that was installed on my galaxy was the main reason I switched from google pixel to to galaxy in the first place . It was awful, it had a bug where by if yiu sent a photo with text attached the message would fail . To my disbelief it was on my 24 ultra when I booted it up for the first time . Thank goodness the samsung app was buried in the phone was still existent and could be switched to default , its a way better app than Google's. So , be sure to pass my 'feedback' to those at samsung who might be able to do something positive and realistic about design features. Not everyone in this world wants to embrace AI . Lots of people STILL want to have some amount of control in their lives to make decisions for themselves without it .
