Why am I not getting update link for one ui 8 on my s24 ultra?

Can someone explain why I can't update my software to one ui 8 on my s24 ultra? Thank you

Settings, about phone, software information, service provider software version. Can you send a screenshot of this? Also if you can, have android security patch level show. Attached is an example.

That should give us enough info to probably figure it out

Open settings, scroll down to about phone, press software information, scroll all the way to the bottom. You should see android security patch level at the bottom and service provider software information in the middle. Send a screenshot of that.

Also when you do, use the reply button on my comment, else I don't get a notification you replied to me.

But from that screenshot I can see your phone last updated in December 2024, probs when you got the phone, meaning your updates are broken
