S24 Ultra not updating....

Sorry to piggyback this thread but i've got a S24 Ultra stuck on July security patch and the 6.1 OneUI version that doesn't have all the AI goodies. This is my service provider software version 
SAOMC_SM-S928B_OXM_CPW_14_0003CPW/CPW,CPW/EUX/MEO Any help would be really appreciated 👍

No google play updates are different to android security patch updates. Google play updates are fine.

How do you get that screen?

If I follow this:

Settings -> About the phone -> Software information -> Google Play system update.

 

I get this screen.

Did you try going trough settings -> About the phone -> Software information -> Google Play system update?

After tapping Google Play system update, it should prompt you to download the update.

Searching will take you to:

Settings -> Security and privacy -> Updates. 

I do not know if this will prompt you for an update. It shows a green tick which indicates that it does not have a newer one, but I would try it both way.

Did you get your phone from a network? It could be something to do with the retailer.

Where did you buy the phone? Sites like Amazon and Ebay sell phones that aren't from the UK. As most devices are imported from other countries. Is your issue sorted as of now

Hi there. No issue still stands. I've spoken to Samsung and they have confirmed it is a UK version but as of yet they are still investigating the issue. I can almost understand why the latest Android version isn't available but the fact the security patch doesn't update still doesn't make any sense

I can understand. My S23 is on the October security update. November update hasn't been released. I guess it depends where you bought the phone from. If it's a carrier phone, updates are usually delayed by them as they have to approve the update from their end. I bought my S23 direct from Samsung last year. And had no issues on software updates.

Yeh I appreciate that some patience is required with updates but my security patch is July's and version of Android is some weirdness that has some of the AI stuff but not others. I'll end up going to a Samsung store for help no doubt

I hope it gets sorted soon. Have you tried sending in an error report via the members app where it'll collect the system logs.
