I was using my S24 Ultra when it suddenly black screened and stopped responding to anything, my battery was somewhere around 60% when i was using it. When i try to charge it, grey circle with lightning symbol appears but nothing else happens. I tried every troubleshooting i could find online (pressing down and power button, pressing the screen down with thumbs, etc.) hopefully i missed something. Im going to leave it charging overnight and if doesnt turn on, im going to service.

Unfortunately after charging overnight nothing changed (its still a grey circle with lightning symbol), im going to have it checked at my local service center. I also tried changing plugs and cables, originally i used genuine Samsung ones, no luck

If you have another charger, it would be worth trying that too. Just make sure you're using a genuine Samsung cable and plug too, and one that is compatible with your S24 Ultra.
