S24u no update

Heyo guys, for some reason all ppl around me got update, even on s23 and im still stuck with 6.1 

Im located in serbia and this is my service provider soft. version

SAOMC_SM-S928B_OXM_ILO_14_0004

ILO/ILO,ILO/EUY/MSR

This is a uk samsung forum. So we won't know much about Serbian updates.

I can at least say if your updates are working normally, it might just be a waiting game. That meaning, if your android security patch level is april or something close and you're on android 14. If it's way out of date, it means your updates aren't working

The update started rolling out from 7th of April.

It depends da on your network, region like mentioned on newsroom:

Admittedly there are mixed opinions about One Ui7,a number are impressed on a variety of Devices though. Some take a bit of time to become accustomed to it but not really massive change. Availability will vary by network/region though.

Where did you get the phone from? It has Israel (ILO) firmware. Or was csc changed for whatever reason? Try smartswitch pc software too
