S24 Ultra not charging

I've only had my S24 Ultra for almost 2 months and now having issues charging it. First, I kept getting the "moisture or foreign material" detected even tho I had been using it on the charger at that point for an hour or so. I cleaned it, restarted it, powered it off for a minute or two, and checked the charger. At first it would charge with a different charger, not Samsung. But then I get the same error message, and now it won't charge at all. All the posts stating the same issue leads me to believe that it is a manufacturing issue because why are there so many posts. I upgraded from my S20, which really operated just fine. But I'm not feeling the S24, it's way overrated and I'm not seeing the upgrades other than the size.

I'm quite dissapointed in Samsung to be honest. This device is a flagship phone. I have used "lesser" phones, which charged always with no issue, and cost half what my S24 Ultra costs. This is ridiculous.

This issue is getting annoying. I started having this same issue after like 6 months. I had the charging port replaced under warranty by youbreakifix guys under warranty. Phone charged just fine for a week. Now, the same problem is happening. I travel for work and I realized this happened when I'm in Florida, where there is extreme humidity. I'm assuming humidity is the core issue, at least for me. The same charger charges my other devices without any issues. I've been a Samsung person for over 10 years, but this is the last device I'll be buying from them.

Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, the repair tech dropped my phone and spidered the back glass. First he said he needed to order the piece, then, they had to replace with a new phone. With the new phone I did get the "moisture or foreign object" the first day, but not since. By the way, the tech that I used, you break we fix, it's horrible! I had a very bad experience with them and will never go back

Regarding the 'moisture' I've had it twice on my s21 ultra, and the first time I had my charging port changed, but the 2nd time it happened I left it alone over night so a good 10 hours, and after it was completely fine charging and I haven't had a problem since (and that was back in march). My friend had it on s24 ultra but she did the same thing and it never happened again, so try it if you like.

I bought a new Galaxy Ultra 24 for my fiancé and within a few weeks he started getting a message on his phone stating that there is moisture in the device and to unplug the phone immediately. He claims he never got the phone wet or anything and could only charge it by a wireless charger. To make matters worse, his phone got stolen and we replaced it with the Ultra S24. Within, one day of use the new phone did the exact same thing!!! The same error message came up that there was moisture in the phone! He is now back to wireless charging again! I had him clear his USB cache and it still did not resolve the issue. I myself have an Ultra S24 and I don't have these issues. I believe that the problem is a manufacturing problem and not a user problem. I would complain to Samsung and demand a new phone for free. There is a problem with the Galaxy Ultra S24 malfunctioning and stating that there is water in the device when it has not been exposed to water. This has happened twice to my fiancé within days of receiving a brand new phone. It is not a user issue. I would continue to reach out to Samsung and get a replacement phone at no cost.
