S24 Ultra:: intermittent charging issues after updating to one ui 7

I noticed that after updating to one ui 7 I'm constantly having charging issues. I've used the same charger (cable and adaptor) and had no problems at all. I also tried using it on my buds which charges fine as well.

Anyone else experiencing this?

wipe the cache partition. Hopefully, you get a fix somehow

Same, after oneui7 my phone will no longer charge reliably from the usb port. It may charge for a few percent, then stop and refuses to charge further. It also no longer correctly autonegotiates USB-C voltage and therefore doesn't reliably go into super fast charging. Wireless charging seems to work fine. It also seemed somewhat linked to battery saver mode but the issue persists whether on or off. I hope there is a fix because this is a serious issue.

Please be careful, because a similar thing happened with my S22 Ultra after a software update. It would not charge intermittently, but then one day I left it charging, and when I unplugged it, the display was yellow.

Same issue on my daughter's phone, the update completed broke her last phone, now this new replacement won't charge.

I really hope Samsung fixes this issue asap. I bet their whole development team is in shambles now lol cos this is such a big bug

And an expensive one, I'm on my second device since the update. Zero testing these days.. new phone order completed and they waved the 20 fee..

Me too. Battery runs down much quicker and charging takes ages. Really regret downloading it.

I knew I wasn't crazy! It's annoying and it's affecting my work when I'm in the field and can't get my phone to charge adequately.
