Hey I've seen quite a few people report that they have diagonal lines in their display when brightness is around 25% or lower. I think it can be even seen in higher brightnesses especially with grey/dark colours. It absolutely ruins the experience and I am looking to return my device and not get a replacement if all models have this problem. Is something that can be fixed with a software update , or do I need a replacement?

I'm having a different but somewhat similar issue regarding display, I was watching YouTube videos when I noticed that if the background on the video is a dark color like black or gray and there is a lighting on the other side which produce like a gradient effect, I can see some lines that makes the YouTube video look pixelated. Now i went to testmyscreen.com and went to gradient colors and cant help but notice "Banding" issues where there are noticable horizontal lines as the color goes from dark to a lighter hue of the color. I went to samsung stores and checked their demo unit of s24 ultra and there's also those horizontal lines however when I checked s23 ultra on the same test, the transition of the colors from dark hue to lighter hue is much much smoother and no horizontal lines can be seen. Makes me think that the screen issue of s24 ultras being sold are hardware related.
