Fair enough. My display seems OK to me on my S24U, and I had the last 3 Ultras. But it's weird that Samsung would've let something like that go through.

Mine looks nasty tbh, if I don't have the brightness pumped up it looks almost monotone.

I thought mine was OK but when I watched something on Netflix, it was grainy and dark!

I'm hoping an update will fix it

Apparently it's affecting phones with build number awm9 (which mine is!)

Won't be buying until I hear it has been fixed AND the community seems to agree (and I can see for myself).  Until then, I am sticking with my s21.

This worked for me, which I found on a Reddit forum. My screen looks much better. The change from Natural to Vivid is much more pronounced and the Extra Dim slider makes a big difference in screen brightness.

Basically, go to General Management, Reset, Reset Accessibility Settings.

Colours are now much more like those on my old S22 Ultra.

That does seem to help. I would assume it's still a bug that needs fixing

I think it definitely needs proper resolution via a software update.

Point #24 is no longer there nor has it moved [content of it to another number,] it's gone. It's now "AP performance improvements shown compared to Galaxy S23 Ultra. Actual performance will depend on user environment, conditions and pre-installed software and applications."
