A recent update has rendered the color settings useless and colors are washed out. This is the 2nd time an update has done this: the response is to set back to factory settings. It is the same troubleshooting mentality in the old days to do an /f disk. They admit it is the update....so when is it going to be resolved??????
I've had Galaxy phones since the S3 and this is most likely my last. Customer service appears unconcerned and uninterested.
So disappointed spending all this money and it looks worse than my old S3.
I am well-versed in the color settings....nothing changes how they look.
