That's just product details.
I think it's seems fairly obvious it's a software problem some are having.
Just have to wait until there's a software update fix
May arrive in the next update or later on.
It's unfortunate so many are having an issue as the display on mine looks great in natural. I don't like the vivid myself. Looks too goudy for my taste.

I think this is why I don't see it as an issue, I don't use vivid so the natural mode seems fine!
