S24 speaker is real low

Ever since I bought my s24 the speaker is so low that turning on a fan you cannot hear or barely hear someone.  Handset volume is fine.  It is up all the way in settings and on the volume slider on the side.  It's been six months and I didn't change any volume settings.  Now I am getting distortion on some calls.  I'm not positive but I think there's distortion in the handset also.  Over that time I have restarted it numerous times.  I tried with and without the case.  Same.  I took it in for diagnostics and that didn't show any hardware issues.  The tech said it could be the phone carrier.  YouTube seems to play ok but not really very loud either.  I believe that when I listened over headphones sound was real loud.  I have not yet tried a factory reset cause I know that's time consuming.  It's a lot of money to spend to not be able to hear most people.  I'm also having battery barely last a day after owning for six months.  It only went down to a minimum of 30% when I was ready to charge it.  Diagnostics did not show battery issues either.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

What does the top speaker look like?  Cause looking at the pic you sent I have a bottom speaker that looks like a grill.  The top part they only thing I see are the two little like pinholes and then toward the left like I line.  That has a tiny bit of indentation.  I am trying to attach a pic  but I am not finding how I can. I will work on it in the meantime.  Thank you so much!

@Cmpokey: Apologies for the confusion. The top speaker is hidden, and is positioned just above front camera, so it won't be possible to check this for any obstructions. If you haven't done so already, please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Phone diagnostics > Speaker, and follow the on-screen prompts. Can you hear the sample song clearly in each of tests?

It wasn't confusing at all.  How is sound to carry if it's covered.  Did you see my pictures I took of the top speaker?  The matching OtterBox I bought covers that area.  Ooh maybe that's the problem?  Thank you so much!  Yes I can hear sound in diagnostics.  To clarify I can hear sound coming from somewhere.   but not well.  Also I take the case off and the keyboard randomly works.  Thanks so much for your help!

Hi.  It's been awhile.  I went into safe mode to check for and apps but it wouldn't  let me make calls or listen to media so I couldn't test it.  Any suggestions?  Anothervproblem I found out is if I am using the Samsung keyboard thsat unless I remove my case I can punch keys and they don't work.  Very strange.  Thanks!
