Hello @boss21224  👋

I'm sorry to learn your experiencing signal issues with your phone 😔

May I ask is this issue happening everywhere or in a particular area 🤔 Might be mast issues or Network Congestion.

I appreciate you've " been through all steps " however as you have not listed which troubleshooting steps you have taken, I will mention a few just incase you haven't tried these.

1. Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

2. Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Reboot your phone.

3. Remove the sim and wipe the chip and refit the sim card.

4. Try the sim card in the secondary sim slot if relevant to the phone model.

5. Try the sim card in another phone and then see what signal is like to rule out a sim card issue.

6. If you can try another networks sim card in your phone to see if the phone is at issue.

7. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

8. Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.

9. Run the diagnostic tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything .

10. Back up and Factory Reset as a last resort but then set the phone up manually i.e don't use the back up.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
