You don't. It is currently full.

We are anticipating a stable release in the next few weeks most likely after the S25 Series release.

(Note Samsung have not confirmed this).

You can't if you don't see banner on the members app, and stable release will go after s25 series launch to other galaxy devices as its stated in samsungs news room.
