On S24 Ultra with Android 16 and One UI 8 update, the camera cut out at the top is broken and just shows a black bar now no matter what app you are in Samsung or not. The setting is still set to show the camera cut out so that information can expand around it especially when scrolling browsers but it's not working.
Also, The Chrome browser when being operated has a good half inch on the bottom of the screen that is unusable. Nothing scrolls down there. It's blocked out. This doesn't happen in the Samsung internet browser just the Chrome browser but the cutout doesn't work in either.
I've updated everything in the Galaxy store and Play store, cleared the app cache, restarted the phone and even wiped the system cache. I also can't seem to find display settings anymore for aspect ratio or full screen apps and it's not in the app information page either. They don't seem to be any relevant Chrome flags either.
