Have someone solved this problem?
Connection jumps bethween 4g and 5g after that goes offline and says no sim/no connection and after that connects again 5g.
-Mobile network settings reset done.
-New sim card assembled.
-Factory reset done.

Hi again, @Navram17
I did ask you if you tried to return the phone within the 14 days window. Samsung should take the phone back within that period. I do not think that Samsung released a phone that had an inherent issue. If that were the case, the number of returned phones and disgruntle customers would be a large number. It is even less likely that they did it knowingly. All that said, I am not asserting that you phone is not faulty.
Where did order your phone from? The seller has a legal responsibility with the customer.
I knew that 5G Ultraband is just a misunderstanding. Vodafone has not implemented “5G Ultra Wideband”. Vodafone is using “5G Ultra” as a commercial term void of any technological meaning. It simply sounds more exciting. According to its own website, it is their name for their 5G Standalone network as opposed to 5G Non-Standalone network, which needed 4G/LTE. It is just another selling mumbo jumbo.
Indistinctively, of Vodafone’s terminology, the whole S24 series, S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra supports both Standalone and Non-Standalone 5G. The international version, which is the one we get, supports these 5G bands 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 12, 20, 25, 26, 28, 38, 40, 41, 66, 75, 77, 78 SA/NSA/Sub6. SA and NSA stand for Standalone and Non-Standalone.
My experience with the S24 Ultra is good so far, but this does exclude the existence of faulty or buggy phones. I cannot recommend any network. In my opinion, the UK has terrible mobile coverage no matter the network. Some networks are better in certain areas, but it is a certainty that one is bound to travel to an area where it is not. EE is expensive everywhere. A more economic option might be a Mobile Virtual Network Operator. MVNOs are mobile networks using the infrastructure of the main network. For instance, Giff Gaff uses O2, BT mobile and PlusNet use EE. You can search for more options.

I am experiencing a similar problem with my S24+ too. In my case, I received the no sim/emergency calls only error when the phone loses cell signal. Apparently the moment it loses signal, it assumes that there is no sim. It only goes back to normal if I restart the phone somewhere with at least some signal.
The same error also occurs when I put the phone into flight mode and connect to Wifi to use the Wifi Call function. If I turn the modem off, as the cell signal is lost, the same error again shows up.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I've got S24+ 256GB model. Network Lebara (piggybacks off Vodafone).
- done the 10 step chatbot troubleshoot.
- called tech support as phone just out if 14 day period. Instructed to do factory reset. Will report back if it fixes issue but I'm doubtful seeing other posts.
