Hi.

Have someone solved this problem?

Connection jumps bethween 4g and 5g after that goes offline and says no sim/no connection and after that connects again 5g.

-Mobile network settings reset done.

-New sim card assembled.

-Factory reset done.

-Service changed new device.

And still having these problems with new device.

Can you try your sim card in the empty slot i.e sim 2 to see if that helps.

There is also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App that you can run.

If this persists and your within any relevant cooling off period then look at having the phone replaced.

Ultimately if required a Samsung Service Centre can assess a phone for those out of any relevant cooling off period.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

What do you mean? IMEI is unique per SIM slot, and serial number is unique per device.

What exactly do you want to import?

How old is your SIM card? Have you tried a different SIM card?

Old SIM cards can have some problems with newer phones. If this were the case, then you could get a new one from your network provider.

Can you try a SIM card from a friend or family member? If possible from a different network as yours. Just to check that the behaviour is the same.

It might well be a faulty phone. I have not noticed any drop on connection. I am using a S24 Ultra.

Where did you get the phone from? Samsung online shop or a physical shop?

I have the UK Exynos 2400 version of S24+ and my mobile data was not working at all on S24+ with Vodafone sim although it was working fine on other handsets. I wanted to return my handset but, Samsung refused to acknowledge any defect in my handset and asked me to contact my carrier Vodafone. Vodafone's network team informed me that Samsung's S 24 series do not work well with Vodafone's 5G ultraband and they disabled it and now works well even on 5g. This is hard to believe that Samsung is skimping on network frequencies on a phone that costs £1k. Shocking!!!!

I have seen the same issues across S24 lineups in YouTube reviews wherein signal issues were reported on S24U UK version using SG 8gen3

Hi @Navram17

Did you try to return the S24+ within the 14 days window? I do not know what Vodafone team said. However, something in there does not make sense. “5G Ultra Wideband” was not implemented in Europe, I think that it was not implemented outside North America. Which is very fast, but with a very short range, making it almost useless for mobiles. That is the reason they use mmWave antenna on the US phones.

Big companies can be economic with the truth. I am on O2, and I could not update my firmware via data. O2 blame Samsung. However, I was able to update my firmware in a matter of seconds using an EE SIM card.

Do you get the same behaviour with a SIM card from another network?

I have a S24 Ultra and so far, I have not had problems with data. Of course, this does not exclude other owner from having this sort of problem.
