Hi,
When on mobile data (i.e. not connected to WiFi) my phone's data connection keeps dropping out. My signal is 5G and often it's full bar or one bar short of full bar, yet my internet is not working. I have to turn airplane mode on and off to get it working again, but often it stops working again in less than 5 mins. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Best,
Chad

Hello @MrChad and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum. 👋
So may I ask a few troubleshooting questions >
Does this issue happen in one area or everywhere ?
This could be mast related and or Network congestion.
Does this happen if you place your Sim card in another phone ?
The sim maybe malfunctioning. If so your network cam arrange a sim swap which js a process that moves your mobile number etc to a blank sim card.
Are you able to try another Sim card in your phone ?
This may highlight if the sim card is at fault.
Here are a few troubleshooting steps >
1. Hard Reset your phone via https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-force-reboot-your-samsung-galaxy-smartphone...
2. Reset Network Connections via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections > Turn the phone Off and On.
3. Take the sim out and place it in the secondary sim slot.
4. Run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
5. Finally a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary.
As @-Robot- suggests 👍 do also contact your network provider.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Same problem here. It's NOT mast related or network congestion issue. Happens to both my sims (different ISPs) and in different towns. It only happened right after going from S23 to S24

Every time this problem happens, it's following the following "Intelligent Warning", so far as it seems to be the case. Samsung, get to work!!!
"Attention
Data roaming is turned on. International roaming charges may apply as per your rate plan. To turn off Data roaming, please go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks.
Dismiss SETTINGS"

Never seen any intelligent warning. I've turned off all that gimmick.

Is an issue in the phone itself, I recomend you migrate to Iphone, because Samsung never fixit this issue and nevera listen their costumers, for me was passed 7 months with the same problem.
