s24 restarts and repeat

Samsung restarts after showing the SAMSUNG logo, then lights up the screen in white and starts again
its still on guaranty

Unfortunately we here have seen a few posts from people who have updated their software that has been followed by bootloops and restarts 😔 

My phone has been fine after 🤞

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

I would also suggest to send all feedback and any error reports via your Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse. 

A Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store maybe able to assist further with hands on.

@marianooitalianoo93: Can you try switching off the phone, then press the Power and Volume Up buttons together until the Samsung logo appears on screen. Release the buttons at this stage, and you should see a Recovery Mode screen. Using the Volume Down button, scroll to Wipe Cache Partition, and hit the power button to select it. Select 'Yes', then scroll to Reboot System Now on the Recovery Menu, and tap the Power button.

i cant swich off - i tryed also vol + and power button and nothing happend.
