Hey, I bought S24 plus during the last black friday with offer of free buds 3 pro after a leaving a review.

"Purchase a Galaxy S24, S24+, or S24 Ultra from Samsung.com by 03/12/24. After 14 days of purchase customers will receive an email from Samsung with a form to complete a review of their new phone (good or bad). Reviews must be made within 30 days of receiving the email from Samsung. Free gift will be delivered 14 days after review validation. Reviews must be via the form sent and NOT made on Samsung.com. "

My purchase was done on 01/12/24 and it arrived at 02/12/24, so day before the end of that offer.
After 14 days I have not received any emails from samsung about following up this promo.
Who am I suppose to contact about it? It was clearly advertised during the purchase, yet it feels like I have to deal with web chat and forums to get what was "sold" to me, or was it just a clickbait?

I've had exactly the same problem. Did you get it resolved? I genuinely wouldn't have bought the phone if it wasn't for the ear buds offer. I've had no email. I tried to raise a complaint about it and got dismissed on the Samsung chat function. Seems like an empty offer from Samsung that they don't follow up on.

Don't bother with the promotions team as they know nothing and will just pass you over to another number. The other number will then put you on hold for a while and then hang up on you

I've contacted with Samsung support via chat, they gave me a link to make the review, did it, nothing happened after that.
Got ear buds added to my order in my account though - waiting for shipping. All of that is very poorly communicated, like what just don't make a system when people gets notified with an email or something, I don't get it. If I didn't check my order details I wouldn't even know ear buds were added to it.

So after going back and forth with the promotions team, customer service and support teams I decided I would use the "email the CEO" function at the bottom of the Samsung.com website. I sent them screenshots of what advisors had misinformed me about and within 48 hours I had a response to apologise and confirm receipt of my review. Another 48 hours later and I received this email. Glad someone's taking this seriously!1736156814746.jpg
