Hi there,
I know it has been mentioned that there is an issue with Android Auto having difficulty working with some car models. I have a 2022 Haval Jollion ultra and it is a USB connection only, but yet it still doesn't work. I have tried it on a Mitsubishi Triton 2023 model and it works fine via usb but it just won't activate on my Haval Jollion. My older Oppo phone works fine on the Haval Jollion. It's very annoying as I paid a lot more for this phone trying to get a better product. Hopefully something can be done with a patch or something?
Regards.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I have just resolved the issue by buying an Android Auto wireless Dongle. Cost me just under $50AU and has resolved everything. Works great and no wires

It might be worth having a Google Search for a forum of fellow car owners to ask them how there getting on with connecting their phone @Cagman72
The car dealership maybe able to help too.
If it indeed the phone then send feedback via your Samsung Members App.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

Thanks for the feedback. I definitely plan on speaking to the car dealership as I do think it could be the software in the car that needs an update to accommodate Android 14. Just thought I would post here though to see if others are having the same issue. Not a bad suggestion either for a car group with the same issues.
Thanks.

I posted in this thread a link to the acknowledgment from Samsung on Android Auto.
There is an incompatibility between some vehicles and some Android OS models.
It states that Volkswagen, Skoda, and SEAT have confirmed that they are working on software updates for the affected vehicles.

Thanks @Reylob,
I saw the acknowledgement from Samsung but was hoping to hear from other Haval users to see if they were having the same issues. It would make me feel slightly better if I wasn't the only one who was having this issue with a Haval.

Were you able to sort out the issue. I'm having a similar issue on my Jollion connecting my S24. Worked perfectly with my note 10+.
I havent seen many complaints regarding Haval nor an incoming fix.
I have even followed advice on otber threads to revert andriod auto to an earlier version as well as different cables.
