S24 ultra Notification bar

I'm not receiving notifications from YouTube, X or Smart News in the notification bar. All the settings are correct and I've talked a few other people that are having the same problems. One guy had his phone replaced and he still wasn't able to get notifications. Any information would be appreciated. I took my phone into the AT&T store and they basically said you had to wait for an update from either YouTube or Samsung. If that was the case when everybody be having this problem?

I'm certainly receiving updates from YouTube creators and X on my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra. 

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be unless a battery monitor app or vpn etc is causing this issue.

Same issue here. Got two S24 Ultra phones, both have the same issue. I'm not getting any YouTube notifications. Checked both phone and YouTube settings - all is good. Tried unsubscribing and subscribing back to all the channels, tried disabling notifications, then restarting the phone, and enabling back again - nothing helped. I also have Samsung S23 FE, and Note 9, and there are no issues whatsoever.

There has to be a fix for this. Any luck so far?
