Sometimes it is frustrating to restart mobile when there is urgency.. How to fix this issue? Please help me with your suggestion.

Hello @Hemnath  and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to see if those apps work or not.

I would suggest just to double check the permissions in your apps to ensure they look correct.

The apps that don't seem to want to use mobile data you could try clearing the cache of the app.

Long hold on the app icon and tap on the and then Storage and Clear Cache.

You could also reset the Network Connections via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset  Network  Connections.

A broadsworded option is >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Hi.

Ask your mobile provider to send you new APN settings in case they have been corrupted somehow.

Try taking your sim card out slightly cleaning it and put back again.

Make sure all apps are updated in both Samsung and google stores.

Do a simple phone restart by turning it off and then on incase if you haven't done so.
