Hi,
I've been shooting photos since 2 weeks on my s24+
I have to say I hate this camera post processing, which is destroying the photos in 90% of cases.
My kid looks like a zombie or sick on most of the photos.
I have disabled all optimizations etc. but still, camera is doing post processing. The only way is to save RAW+jpg.
Fun thing is that "live preview" looks fine, and the photo after shooting looks fine just before "post processing".
What is going on here and how to fix it?
Here are examples:

Posted another thread with the same issue described above. Really ruins The capabilities of the phone on Pro & Raw more also, with something that should be an easy fix, to stop the post processing.

I agree with this.
I posted another thread with essentially the same issue described above. Really ruins The capabilities of the phone on Pro & Raw more also, with something that should be an easy fix, to stop the post processing.
Serious downgrade with the cameras on the S24 Ultra, seriously disappointed.

It's not only the s24. I bought the s23 and when using the 12mp camera it stays the same. But with the 50mp camera the posptocessing happens. Found nothing online that coule help. Hope they fix this!

I’ve seen a lot of people ask this question and not sure if you’ve already got the answer but i found if you turn off auto play motion photos in gallery settings then there’s no processing

It did not solve the issue for me unfortunately, still some processing taking place.

Still no solution to this problem?
It's not only the photos but the videos as well...

I am also annoyed by this, but found a bit of a way to fix the pictures you would like to look better:
Select edit, then the four circles at the bottom right, then swipe right on the options and choose color mix.
Then select the tool at the right of the colors and touch the person's skin. You can increase the hue a bit, but most importantly, decrease the saturation to a level that reflects more what you want.
This has saved a few of my photos!

Absolutely ridiculous that this has to be done...

Hi, I was facing the same issue with my S24 ultra, I found out that turning off the Super HDR option in the gallery turns off the post processing action for the photos taken. It looks just like what the preview show when you shoot using the camera. Hope this helps ☺️
