Hi, despite of the fact that I typed in the coreect PIN I could not acces the phone. (I used the PIN for 2 months 10-20 times a day, then a morning, I got an error. So I didn't change that, I didn't forget that. )
The brand sercive in Budapest told me to pay for the fix. But I bought the phone 2 months ago with 2 years of guarantee. And it is not my mistake. How can I get a fix, for free?

I just logged into Samsung's Smart Things-find site using my wife's login information, I'll attach a screenshot. It doesn't appear you can change your phone's login but you can format it, if that would help.
