How to pull verification codes from Samsung SMS (not google)

Hi all

Need help please. When I log in to some things I use (especially for work) I get a verification code sent via SMS. I still use the built in Samsung SMS app, not the Google messaging app.

I'm finding it really patchy when it comes to auto pulling/filling any codes. Sometimes a little box will appear and ask if i want to use auto-fill for this pass code, even tho I always say yes it still doesn't work like 80% of the time.

I know how to set it in Google but I cant seem to find how to do it for Samsung. I've not moved to Google SMS messages as I really dont like it.

Anyone got any ideas? Help!

Nothing can done to improve. Samsung messages is no longer developed and hence other apps will not try to be compatible

Glad others are still using Samsung messages, not sure how to help with your case though
