Hi, despite of the fact that I typed in the coreect PIN I could not acces the phone. (I used the PIN for 2 months 10-20 times a day, then a morning, I got an error. So I didn't change that, I didn't forget that. )
The brand sercive in Budapest told me to pay for the fix. But I bought the phone 2 months ago with 2 years of guarantee. And it is not my mistake. How can I get a fix, for free?

Hello and a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk Members 👋
If your phone will not accept your chosen Biometrics then you can as the owner reset these.
Look to https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/i-cant-unlock-my-device/
The limited Manufacturer's Warranty covers failure of the phone that is not contributed to accidental damage.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Because of my workplace security policy I had to use a 6 digits PIN code, no FaceID, no pattern

I requested a factory reset from the Budapest brand service, but they told me they do it if I pay for it. It is a brand new phone. Not my fault. I wont pay for it to work again

As the issue is with software..... Not covered.
It is also no longer a brand new device, it is 2 months old. Has your workplace done something in the background for example that may have caused this?

So, I have to pay, because Samsung has a bug. I understand. Then if IT Will happen again, I have to pay again. Sound like a subscription for my phone to work. Sounds nice. Samsung Quality.

I have two phones. A personal S24 Ultra which my employer cannot get anywhere near and an A32 5g Enterprise Edition which my employer can do what they like with.
Keeps my personal world just that.

Do you have a Samsung account? ... where's my Samsung phone?
You might have the possibility to change your login remotely. You would login on your desktop or another device and see what your possibilities are.
If someone were to take my wife's phone, I know I could track it as well as format it.
It might be worth taking a look.
