Not all banking App are available

Why is it that not all banking UK apps are available in Galaxy stores? It's quite frustrating, and someone in the department need to correct this.

It's up to the app creator to add their app to the galaxy store. Since every android phone has the play store but only Samsung phones have the galaxy store, just adding it to the play store still means Samsung users can download it. So they don't see a point in doing twice the work

The bank doesn't accept the one I downloaded from Google playstore, but the one from the Galaxy store because Galaxy store is my default downloading store.

I assume not all banks want / have an online app.  🤔

May I ask who you choose to Bank with. 

The same as not all banks are not letting their cards be used through Samsung Wallet.

I've been using hsbc app on my galaxy phones for 11+ years with no issues at all. Go to play store > search for 'HSBC' > you should see hsbc bank app.

Have done that uncountable numbers of time, and still asking i should download directly from Galaxy

You usually download them from the Google Play store, not the Galaxy Store. Have all my banks uk who I use okay
