I am still trying to update my unlocked samsung galaxy s24 ultra 512gb uk model to one ui 7 I have been on one ui 6.1 security update January 2024 since I have had this phone! It's not good enough samsung!!! Please help me have a secure phone!

The s24 has been typically already sent a week or two ago.

You are sure it is a UK unlocked phone ? Where was it purchased ?

And what is the CSC code of the phone ?

(About phone > software information > service provider software information)

Where did you buy your device from (which retailer, not country)

Have you tried to connect your device to smartswitch to see if you can get the one ui7 update that way.

It is almost certain that you don't have a UK version of the device and that the device you have is being used outside of the region it was intended for.

You've been asked on your previous threads for your CSC code but haven't provided it. Instead you keep posting new threads moaning instead of accepting help
