Is it safe to send a screenshot of the full info or can I be hacked ? Like when youtubers hide their serial number in unboxings

I mean this in the most polite way- the Internet exists. You google "samsung phone where to find csc code.1746397135985.jpg

Where you see my code states eux /-/eux/eux this is unlocked UK.

Your code has a VGR code at the end which i believe means it is a Vodafone Greece variant.

I could be wrong but this is a quick check.

Was it a new phone purchased from AO.COM in the UK ?

You could try contacting Samsung official customer service and ask them to verify the IMEI of the phone... this might clarify for certain.

A little story... I bought a phone last year from a company called fonehouse.co.uk. seemingly a genuine UK retailer. However they source their phones from Europe and the one they sent to me was a Portuguese variant that I was unable to insure through samsung care. It wasn't illegal and it was genuine... but it was sourced outside UK. It can cause some problems with updates if a phone is used 'outside of its intended region'.

Hence this may be your problem with not receiving the update yet.

First see what samsung say. They verified to me that mine was not a UK phone.

If you are out of the return period then it may still be possible but it will take a little work perhaps.

You may need to install to a PC an application called smartswitch for PC. This may help to force an update to your phone... as the OTA (over-the-air) update might not make it to you out of region. Alternatively you might get it sent a little later when Greece send their updates. The OneUI7 rollout is sent region by region. So perhaps Greece is still waiting. I am unsure.

First verify the phone region with Samsung and then take it from there.
