Do I claim on my insurance or will ee shop be able to get it out or a phone shop? Is it worth my while going to ee to see if they can get it back out

Is it stuck as in you're unable to get a grip to pull it out or are you able to grip it but it's not budging?

Calm down, it'll be ok. It won't be stuck inside the phone, once you are able to grab it it should come out. Do you have any fishing wire you could loop around it to pull?

Since this is kinda user fault, it'd fall to insurance, and that'll probs be a pain.

I'd say try to use a thin object and carefully try to remove the pen. You should be able to get it out yourself if you can manage to somehow pull it or get a grip

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

Show a picture please, see if I can see a way.

*absolute last resort which when I say last resort I mean it as you have to be careful.
*put glue on the end of something like a *cut* cotten bud(cutting the end off just to have the plastic stick- stick to the pen- wait for it to dry and pull it out. *be mindful not to use strong glues such as superglue,as you wont be able to get the glue off without ruining the pen- just a simple glue and see how that goes.

Kinda tricky situation.

If you go to a repair shop they'll probs be able to quickly fix it. But then your insurance might not like that.

If you claim on insurance, it might take weeks and paperwork.

If you can use a small thin object to try and wedge it out it's free but you risk scratching your phone if you aren't careful.

I personally would try to use a needle or something between the pen and phone and wedge it out. But that might scratch things
