Wipe phone cache partition to start with 

Power off the device.
• a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold Volume Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system.

My S24 Ultra will no longer fast charge or superfast charge. I refuse to believe this is an issue with chargers/cables as I've always used the official Samsung products. The troubleshooting just ends up telling me they will attempt repair but will have to factory reset the phone to do so - and even that won't guarantee a fix. Surely that can't be right?

I did have a slight issue with my s24 ultra regarding wireless charging.

But I unplugged my wireless charger and plugged it back in and it fixed.

I don't ever really use wireless charging, this is a wired charger which to be fair I would expect to be more reliable!

If it's having trouble with a charger, where it never had issues before, it's more than likely a hardware issue rather than software. If you have other alternative chargers to test, it could help narrow down the problem.

I just can't understand how it would all of a sudden just stop working overnight. Seems bizarre to me.

I'll book it in for a repair and see what they say.
