New software update for Galaxy S24 messed with my volume for music and videos. I can barely hear media. When I play music full volume, it sounds like its coming from the ear piece of my phone and super faint. Before the software update, having music on full media volume was loud, id always keep it at half or 1/3. Anyone else experiencing this? I wish they'd fix this STAT!

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app 

Wipe phone cache partition 

Power off the device.
• a USB-C cable to a PC or another device.
• Hold Volume Up + Side Button until Recovery Menu appears.
• Select Wipe cache partition/ Confirm Reboot system.
