No one UI 7 update showing

I've been looking on forums about onei 7 and everywhere says that I should have received the update by now but unfortunately I'm still on 6.1 is anyone else still waiting for it? I'd appreciate any guidance on what to expect

@ryannpeacch: The rollout of the One UI 7 update began on the 20th April, and the initial batch was focused on flagship devices like the S24 Series. With this in mind I would have expected you to have received the update if you are currently inside the region where your device was intended to be used. Have you been able to download any previous updates?

I've had the phone since last year I don't remember having any updates to be honest. I'm in the UK this is my CSC

Where did you get the phone from? That says it has EE branded firmware

So I brought the phone from affordable mobiles it was a 'as new' phone so I guess the person before must have had it from ee?

He could have also changed the csc which could explain the lack of OTA. What's the last firmware update you have
