@ryannpeacch: This might explain why you're unable to receive the update over the air. If you have access to a home computer, then you may wish to try installing the update via Smart Switch.
To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S24 using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.

Yes, not using original csc hence no updates

I would establish the original csc. You could paste your imei in one of the decent imei checking sites. That should reveal the original csc. Then you go from there depending what it is. If one the eu ones you could change it back and hopefully ota will start flowing. Check xda forum how best to go about it. Simple change will preserve current data

Contact Samsung support via Members app and ask them for assistance. Your phone is in warranty
