No one UI 7 update showing

I've been looking on forums about onei 7 and everywhere says that I should have received the update by now but unfortunately I'm still on 6.1 is anyone else still waiting for it? I'd appreciate any guidance on what to expect

I've managed to contact where I brought the phone and they're taking it in to sort it or if not they said they'll replace it

Thanks. It was purchased through work so I guess I'll have to try the vendor or Verizon.
